CBC Music Challenge Letter- Permission Form

On Wednesday, November 13th 2019, the Grade 5 student (Mme. Corriveau's homeroom) will be bringing home a permission letter to attend a school wide assembly with Patrick Anderson. He is a basketball player who has won 4 Paralympic Gold Medals! The permission must be sent back quickly as CBC will be filming parts of the assembly and your child needs permission for this to take place. This event takes place on Wednesday, November 20th 2019.
