All students learning French are encouraged to read every day French. That being said, the Grade 4 students will be recording their "at home" reading on a tracking sheet that they will bring home on Mondays and return on Fridays. Students can read online (see websites below), read French books they have at home, or ones that they have borrowed from the Learning Common at school.
The Grade 5 students will be writing homework in their agenda when tasks are assigned to be finished at home. Their reading will not be tracked.
Please note that any assigned online French project is to be completed in the classroom as I need to observe the research, organization, and language development process. Once 85% of the process has taken place, then projects are assigned as homework in the agenda.
